  • How do I book a tour?
    All bookings are made through our website. Once you’ve chosen a date and tour, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.
  • Can I pay on site?
    No, all bookings and payments are made online.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    Yes, you can. This is our cancellation policy. ✅ More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund, minus a 200 SEK cancellation fee. ❌ 7 days to 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund, minus a 200 SEK cancellation fee. ⛔ Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.
  • Can I reschedule my booking?
    Yes, you can as long as we have availability. Send us an email and we will do our best.
  • Can I book a private tour?
    Yes! Contact us if you’d like a custom adventure for your family, friends or company.
  • What should I bring?
    It depends on which tour you book – some include lunch or snacks, others don’t. Everything you need to know is listed in the tour description, so please read it carefully before your adventure. As a general rule, always bring sturdy shoes, layered clothing suitable for the mountains, and a water bottle.
  • Do I need to be very fit?
    A normal fitness level is enough. The full-day hike is more demanding (around 16 km in mountain terrain), while shorter hikes are suitable for most guests.

  • Do I get my own dog?
    Yes, on our huskie hikes each participant walks with their own huskie.
  • Can I pet the dogs?
    Of course! The huskies love company and you’re welcome to cuddle with them before and after the hike.
  • Can I bring my own dog?
    No, we only hike with our trained huskies.
  • Is there an age limit?
    Yes, some of our hikes has a minimum age. Full-day hikes: from 7 years and up. Other hikes: no age limit.
  • Is it safe?
    Yes, safety is our top priority. Our guides are certified mountain leaders and adapt the tours to the weather and group conditions.
  • Which languages do you guide in?
    We guide in Swedish and English.
  • What should I bring?

    It's depending on which tour you chose. Please read Tour Description for your chosen activity.

  • Are the huskies joining in autumn as well?
    If you chose a Huskie Hike the huskies will join. If you chose a Hiking Tour the huskies stays at home.
  • Can I pet the dogs?
    Of course – they love attention before and after the huskie hike.
  • Can I bring my own dog?
    No, only our trained huskies join the hikes.
  • Is there an age limit?
    Full-day hikes: from 7 years and up. Other tours: no age limit.
  • Do I need to be very fit?
    A normal fitness level is enough. Day hikes can be demanding depending on distance and terrain, while the Northern Light hike is easier.
  • Is it safe?
    Yes, safety is always our top priority. Our guides are certified mountain leaders and adapt the tours to weather and group conditions.
